القبول

باستخدامك موقع أو تطبيق «شو في؟» (Shu Fi) توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا ما كنت موافق، لا تستخدم الخدمة.

العمر 18 سنة وفوق لعمل حساب والانضمام للتجمعات. تصفّح الفعاليات مفتوح للكل بدون حساب.
الحساب بينربط برقم هاتف موثّق أو بحساب Google. حساب واحد لكل شخص، وما بتعطي حسابك لحدا، وأنت مسؤول عن كل ما يصدر عنه.

المنظم هو المسؤول عن معلومات فعاليته: العنوان، الموعد، المكان، السعر، وطريقة التواصل. إحنا بننشرها زي ما كتبها، وبنقدر نطلب تعديلها أو نشيلها.
ما في حجز ولا دفع جوّا المنصة. كل حجز أو دفع بيصير بينك وبين المنظم مباشرة (واتساب، رابط تذاكر، أو اتصال)، وإحنا مش طرف فيه ولا بنتحمّل أي استرجاع أو نزاع.
بنقدر نشيل أي فعالية مضلّلة أو مكرّرة أو مخالفة للقانون أو لهذه الشروط بدون إشعار مسبق.

التجمعات بتصير بأماكن عامة بس: كافيهات، مراكز، ملاعب، مكتبات، مسارات. ممنوع التجمعات بالبيوت أو الأماكن الخاصة.
«رح أجي» تسجيل اهتمام مش حجز. المنظم بيوافق على الأعضاء، وإذا سجّلت وما حضرت بينحسب غياب على بروفايلك.
المنظم مسؤول عن تجمّعه، وأي تكلفة (مشروب، باص، رسم دخول) بتنكتب مسبقاً وبتندفع للمكان أو المنظم مباشرة، مش للمنصة.
شات التجمع مخصّص للتنسيق بين الأعضاء المقبولين، وبيُحذف بعد التجمع بـ 30 يوم.

ممنوع التحرّش، الإهانة، التهديد، التمييز، الاحتيال، الترويج لأنشطة غير قانونية، أو نشر بيانات شخصية لناس ثانيين (بما فيها أرقام الهواتف).
أنت مسؤول عن المحتوى اللي تنشره (فعاليات، تجمعات، رسائل)، وتمنحنا رخصة غير حصرية لعرضه ضمن الخدمة فقط.
بتقدر تبلّغ عن أي عضو أو تجمّع أو فعالية من الصفحة أو الشات، وبتقدر تحظر أي عضو فوراً. بنراجع البلاغات خلال 24 ساعة.
بنقدر نوقف أو نحذف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط، فوراً وبدون إشعار إذا كان الخطر على سلامة الآخرين.

شو في؟ منصة للتعارف على الفعاليات والتجمعات. ما بنضمن انعقاد أي فعالية أو تجمّع أو صحة معلوماته، وما بنتحمّل مسؤولية ما بيصير بينك وبين المنظم أو الأعضاء داخل أو خارج المنصة.
الخدمة مقدّمة «كما هي». إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون الأردني، لا نتحمّل أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية.
استخدم عقلك: قابل الناس بأماكن عامة، وخبّر حدا وين رايح.

بتقدر تحذف حسابك بأي وقت من «حسابي → الإعدادات» أو بمراسلتنا، وبننفّذ خلال 7 أيام حسب سياسة الخصوصية.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، ومحاكم عمّان هي المختصة.
ممكن نحدّث هذه الشروط. التغييرات المهمة بنعلن عنها بالتطبيق أو الموقع قبل سريانها، واستمرارك باستخدام المنصة بعدها يعني موافقتك.

By using the Shu Fi (شو في؟) website or app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service is operated by Mohammed Abu Anzeh, Amman, Jordan. Contact: mabnoaza@gmail.com.

You must be 18 or older to create an account and join gatherings. Browsing events is open to everyone without an account.
Accounts are tied to a verified phone number or a Google account. One account per person; do not share it, and you are responsible for everything done with it.

Organizers are responsible for their event information: title, date, venue, price and contact method. We publish it as entered and may ask for corrections or remove it.
There is no booking or payment inside the platform. Any booking or payment happens directly between you and the organizer (WhatsApp, ticket link or phone); we are not a party to it and handle no refunds or disputes.
We may remove any misleading, duplicate or unlawful event, or one that breaks these terms, without prior notice.

Gatherings take place in public places only: cafés, centers, pitches, libraries, trails. Gatherings in homes or private places are not allowed.
“I'm in” is an expression of interest, not a booking. The host approves members; if you sign up and do not show, a no-show is recorded on your profile.
The host is responsible for the gathering; any cost (a drink, a bus, an entry fee) is stated upfront and paid to the venue or host directly, never to the platform.
The gathering chat is for coordination between approved members and is deleted 30 days after the gathering.

No harassment, insults, threats, discrimination, fraud, promotion of unlawful activity, or posting other people's personal data (including phone numbers).
You are responsible for the content you post (events, gatherings, messages) and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the service only.
You can report any member, gathering or event from its page or chat, and block any member instantly. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
We may suspend or delete any account that breaks these terms, immediately and without notice where others' safety is at risk.

Shu Fi is a discovery platform. We do not guarantee that any event or gathering takes place or that its information is accurate, and we are not liable for what happens between you and an organizer or other members, on or off the platform.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Jordanian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Use common sense: meet in public places and tell someone where you are going.

You can delete your account at any time from My account → Settings or by contacting us; we complete it within 7 days as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan; the courts of Amman have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app or on the website before they take effect; continued use afterwards means you accept them.
