مين إحنا

  • «شو في؟» (Shu Fi) منصة لاكتشاف الفعاليات والتجمعات الشبابية في الأردن، متاحة كموقع على shufi.menujo.co وكتطبيق للهواتف. المشغّل: محمد أبو عنزة، عمّان، الأردن.

البيانات اللي بنجمعها

  • بيانات الحساب: رقم هاتفك (للتوثيق وتسجيل الدخول عبر رمز SMS)، اسمك، تاريخ ميلادك (للتأكد إنك 18 سنة وفوق، ما بنخزّنه بعد التحقق)، محافظتك، واهتماماتك اللي بتختارها.
  • إذا سجّلت دخول بحساب Google: بنستلم من Google اسمك، بريدك الإلكتروني، ومعرّف حسابك. ما بنطلب صلاحيات على جهات الاتصال أو البريد أو الملفات، وما بنستخدم بريدك لأي رسائل تسويقية.
  • بيانات الاستخدام داخل المنصة: الفعاليات اللي بتحفظها، التجمعات اللي بتطلب الانضمام إلها أو بتنظّمها، رسائلك في شات التجمع، تقييماتك للمنظمين، سجل الحضور والغياب، بلاغاتك، وقائمة الأعضاء اللي حظرتهم.
  • بيانات تقنية: رمز الإشعارات (push token) لجهازك عشان نبعتلك تنبيهات، ونوع المنصة (أندرويد / iOS / ويب). ما بنجمع موقعك الجغرافي الدقيق، ولا بنستخدم أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات من طرف ثالث.
  • إذا كنت منظّم فعاليات: اسمك ومعلومات الفعالية اللي بتنشرها (العنوان، الموعد، المكان، السعر، طريقة التواصل اللي اخترتها). هذه معلومات عامة بطبيعتها لأن هدفها الوصول للجمهور.

ليش بنستخدمها

  • تشغيل الخدمة: إنشاء حسابك، عرض الفعاليات حسب محافظتك واهتماماتك، إدارة طلبات الانضمام، وتشغيل شات التجمع للأعضاء المقبولين فقط.
  • السلامة: التوثيق برقم الهاتف وشرط العمر 18+، سجل الحضور والغياب والتقييمات اللي بتظهر على بروفايل المنظم، ومعالجة البلاغات وحظر الأعضاء.
  • الإشعارات: رسائل الشات الجديدة، طلبات الانضمام والموافقة عليها، وتذكير قبل التجمع. بتقدر توقفها من إعدادات جهازك بأي وقت.
  • ما بنبيع بياناتك، وما بنشاركها مع معلنين، وما بنستخدمها لبناء ملفات إعلانية.

مين بيشوف شو

  • رقم هاتفك وبريدك الإلكتروني ما بيشوفهم أي مستخدم آخر أبداً. داخل التجمعات والشات بيظهر اسمك فقط.
  • منظّم التجمع بيشوف أسماء الأعضاء اللي طلبوا الانضمام وبيسجّل حضورهم بعد التجمع. الأعضاء بيشوفوا أسماء بعض داخل التجمع.
  • بروفايل المنظم (الاسم، عدد التجمعات، نسبة الحضور، التقييم) بيظهر لكل من يفتح صفحة تجمّعه.
  • بيانات الفعاليات والتجمعات العامة (مش بيانات المستخدمين) متاحة للقراءة بدون حساب، لأن هذا هدف المنصة.
  • البلاغات بيشوفها فريق المنصة فقط، ولا يُبلَّغ الشخص المُبلَّغ عنه بهويتك.

مزوّدو الخدمة

  • بنستخدم Firebase من Google (المصادقة، قاعدة البيانات Firestore، قاعدة البيانات اللحظية للشات، الإشعارات FCM، والاستضافة) كمعالج بيانات نيابةً عنا. البيانات مخزّنة في مراكز بيانات Google في الاتحاد الأوروبي (eur3 / europe-west1).
  • تسجيل الدخول بـ Google يخضع كذلك لسياسة خصوصية Google. استخدامنا للمعلومات المستلمة من Google APIs يلتزم بسياسة بيانات مستخدمي خدمات Google API، بما فيها متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use): ما بننقل هذه البيانات لأي طرف ثالث إلا لتشغيل الخدمة أو بموجب القانون، وما بنستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا يطّلع عليها بشر إلا بموافقتك أو لأغراض الأمان أو الالتزام القانوني.
  • ما في أي طرف ثالث آخر يستلم بياناتك.

مدة الاحتفاظ

  • بيانات حسابك ونشاطك بنحتفظ فيها طول ما حسابك فعّال.
  • رسائل الشات بتنحذف تلقائياً بعد 30 يوم من موعد التجمع. البلاغات بنحتفظ فيها سنة واحدة بعد إغلاقها لأغراض السلامة.
  • عند حذف الحساب بنحذف بياناتك الشخصية خلال 7 أيام، باستثناء ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونياً أو لمنع إساءة الاستخدام (مثلاً سجل بلاغ مغلق بدون اسمك).

حقوقك والتحكم ببياناتك

  • تعديل اسمك ومحافظتك واهتماماتك من «حسابي» بأي وقت.
  • حظر أي عضو فوراً من صفحة التجمع أو الشات، والإبلاغ عن أي عضو أو تجمّع.
  • طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو حذف حسابك وكل بياناته نهائياً: راسلنا على mabnoaza@gmail.com من البريد أو الرقم المسجّل بالحساب، أو من «حسابي → الإعدادات → احذف حسابي». بننفّذ خلال 7 أيام ونأكد لك.
  • سحب موافقتك على الإشعارات من إعدادات الجهاز، أو على تسجيل الدخول بـ Google من إعدادات حساب Google (الأمان → تطبيقات الطرف الثالث).
  • حذف التطبيق من جهازك لا يحذف حسابك؛ استخدم طلب الحذف أعلاه.

الأمان

  • البيانات تنتقل مشفّرة (HTTPS/TLS) وتُخزّن مشفّرة عند Google. الوصول للبيانات محكوم بقواعد أمان تمنع أي مستخدم من قراءة بيانات غيره، والشات مفتوح فقط للأعضاء المقبولين في التجمع.
  • فريق المنصة يصل للبيانات فقط لمعالجة البلاغات والدعم الفني.

الأطفال

  • الخدمة مخصّصة لمن هم 18 سنة فأكثر. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من هم دون 18، وإذا علمنا بحساب لقاصر نحذفه فوراً.
  • فعاليات «للأطفال» و«للعيلة» هي معلومات عامة عن فعاليات موجّهة للأهل، ولا تتطلب حساباً للأطفال.

الكوكيز والتخزين المحلي

  • الموقع يستخدم كوكيز وظيفية فقط: اللغة (lang)، المظهر (theme)، المحافظة الافتراضية (gov)، وجلسة تسجيل الدخول من Firebase. لا توجد كوكيز تتبّع أو تحليلات أو إعلانات.

التغييرات على هذه السياسة

  • قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. التغييرات الجوهرية نعلن عنها داخل التطبيق والموقع قبل سريانها، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.

Who we are

  • Shu Fi (شو في؟) is a platform for discovering events and small youth gatherings across Jordan, available as a website at shufi.menujo.co and as a mobile app. Operator: Mohammed Abu Anzeh, Amman, Jordan.
  • Privacy questions and requests: mabnoaza@gmail.com.

Data we collect

  • Account data: your phone number (verified by SMS code and used to sign in), your name, your date of birth (checked once to confirm you are 18 or older and not stored afterwards), your governorate and the interests you pick.
  • If you sign in with Google: we receive your name, email address and Google account ID from Google. We do not request access to your contacts, mail, calendar or files, and we never use your email for marketing.
  • Activity on the platform: events you save, gatherings you request to join or host, your messages in a gathering's chat, your ratings of hosts, attendance records, your reports, and the members you block.
  • Technical data: your device's push notification token and platform (Android / iOS / web). We do not collect precise location and we use no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
  • If you publish events as an organizer: your name and the event details you enter (title, date, venue, price, the contact method you choose). These are public by nature.

Why we use it

  • To run the service: create your account, show events for your governorate and interests, manage join requests, and run the gathering chat for approved members only.
  • Safety: phone verification and the 18+ requirement, attendance and rating records shown on a host's profile, handling reports and blocks.
  • Notifications: new chat messages, join requests and approvals, and reminders before a gathering. You can turn them off in your device settings at any time.
  • We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or build advertising profiles.

Who can see what

  • Your phone number and email are never shown to other users. Inside gatherings and chats only your name appears.
  • A gathering's host sees the names of people who asked to join and marks attendance afterwards. Members see each other's names inside the gathering.
  • A host's profile (name, gatherings hosted, attendance rate, rating) is visible to anyone who opens their gathering.
  • Public event and gathering listings (not user data) are readable without an account; that is the purpose of the platform.
  • Reports are visible to the platform team only; the reported person is not told who reported them.

Service providers

  • We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Realtime Database for chat, Cloud Messaging for push, Hosting) as our data processor. Data is stored in Google data centers in the European Union (eur3 / europe-west1).
  • Sign-in with Google is also governed by Google's privacy policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: we do not transfer this data to third parties except to provide the service or as required by law, we do not use it for advertising, and no human reads it except with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with the law.
  • No other third party receives your data.

Retention

  • Account and activity data is kept while your account is active.
  • Chat messages are deleted automatically 30 days after the gathering date. Reports are kept for one year after they are closed, for safety purposes.
  • When you delete your account we erase your personal data within 7 days, except what we must keep by law or to prevent abuse (for example a closed report without your name).

Your rights and controls

  • Edit your name, governorate and interests at any time under “My account”.
  • Block any member instantly from a gathering page or chat, and report any member or gathering.
  • Request a copy of your data, or delete your account and all of its data: email mabnoaza@gmail.com from the email or phone number on the account, or use My account → Settings → Delete my account. We complete requests within 7 days and confirm back to you.
  • Withdraw notification consent in your device settings, and revoke Google sign-in from your Google Account (Security → Third-party apps).
  • Uninstalling the app does not delete your account; use the deletion request above.

Security

  • Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest at Google. Access is governed by security rules that prevent any user from reading another user's data; chats are open only to approved members of a gathering.
  • The platform team accesses data only to handle reports and support.

Children

  • The service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete such accounts as soon as we learn of them.
  • “Kids” and “family” events are public listings aimed at parents; no child account is involved.

Cookies and local storage

  • The website uses functional cookies only: language (lang), appearance (theme), default governorate (gov) and the Firebase sign-in session. There are no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

  • We may update this policy. Material changes are announced in the app and on the website before they take effect; the last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
